Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing. Beverage expertise including cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine pairing, and drink service techniques.
