Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, preparation, and bussing to support smooth restaurant operations Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations such as Food Handling and Sanitation protocols Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed, demonstrating teamwork in a fast-paced environment Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Sqaure POS and Toast POS is advantageous Demonstrated ability in guest services, upselling, and sales techniques to enhance the customer experience Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Host/hostess experience or serving background provides a solid foundation for this role Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
