Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Expo/ Food Runner to join our hospitality team. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive their food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverages according to the restaurant's standards.
- Manage the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that orders are delivered promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, kitchen staff, and management.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and balance heavy trays and equipment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move quickly around the restaurant.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Skills
