Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance guest experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and beverages Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while meeting guest preferences Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary and support bussing or host/hostess duties during busy periods Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or POS terminals, including cash handling and basic math calculations Experience Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles that showcase your ability to engage with guests confidently Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order accuracy Join us to deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back!
