Job Description Servers earn $5.50/hour plus tips. Servers keep 100% of their earned tips. High earning potential. We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and attentive Server to join our team! As a Server, you will play a key role in creating anexceptional dining experience by providing outstanding hospitality, delivering food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring every guest feels welcome from the moment they arrive until they leave. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly, professionalattitude and provide an exceptional diningexperience. Present menus, answer questions, and makeknowledgeable food and beverage recommendations. Accurately take food and drink orders using the restaurant's POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly whileensuring accuracy and presentation. Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their meal. Upsell menu items, desserts, beverages, andspecials when appropriate. Process guest payments accurately using cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Maintain clean and organized tables, servicestations, and dining areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, andcompany policies. Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to provide seamless service. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure completesatisfaction. Qualifications Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in afast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Familiarity with POS systems is preferred butnot required. Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, andspirits is a plus. Food Handler or other required local certifications are preferred.
