Hosting Responsibilities Greet and seat members and guests with a friendly, welcoming demeanor, using names whenever possible. Know all table and section numbers and follow proper rotation to balance server workloads. Manage the reservation book and system, including pacing seatings, tracking wait times, and handling special requests. Keep the host station organized and stocked, with menus and wine lists clean and presentable. Service Responsibilities Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them promptly into the POS system. Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, wine list, and common allergens to guide members and guests confidently. Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner and check back to ensure satisfaction. Anticipate needs such as refills, clearing, and pacing between courses. Present checks and process payments accurately, including member charges. Address concerns graciously and escalate to a manager when needed. The compensation for this position $13 an hour plus tips. Required Skills Evaluation of customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Readiness and flexibility to assist where needed. Punctual and accommodating. Strong multi-tasking skills.

Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
