Responsibilities:

• Prepare drinks and meal trays according to dietary guidelines and recipes
• Ensure all meals are served on time and at the appropriate temperature
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimize waste
• Assist with special dietary requests or restrictions as necessary
• Clean and bus tables

Skills:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen or dietary department preferred
• Knowledge of food service procedures and techniques
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
