Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food orders and transactions. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Process transactions using the POS system, ensuring all payments are handled securely. Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards, maintaining high food handling practices. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed. Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist customers effectively. Skills Strong understanding of food handling and food safety protocols. Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
