We are looking for an enthusiastic and attentive Server to enhance our guests' dining experience. As a server at RibCrib, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional service and a memorable dining experience to our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and warmly upon their arrival and guide them to their tables. Present menu offerings and daily specials, as well as answer any questions regarding menu items. Take accurate food and beverage orders and work closely with kitchen and bartending staff to ensure prompt and precise service. Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner. Consistently check on guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages. Manage guest checks and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at assigned tables and assist other team members as needed. Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.
