Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, take their food and beverage orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry, sales processing, and cash handling Prepare simple food items as needed, ensuring quality standards and food safety regulations are met Manage customer transactions at the cash register, processing payments accurately via cash, credit/debit cards, or digital methods Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, counters, and kitchen stations, adhering to sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, food delivery within the restaurant, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; culinary or café experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash register operations skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service Knowledge of food preparation, food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume periods Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork Basic math skills for processing payments and managing sales totals effectively Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively environment!
