Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments using the cash register
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
• Clear tables and clean dining areas to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Perform basic math calculations for order totals, bill splitting, and cash handling

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests
• Basic math skills for order taking, bill calculation, and cash handling
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
