Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Toast POS system Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting stations to ensure a clean and welcoming environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery in accordance with food safety regulations Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including serving in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Proficiency with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy Experience with food preparation, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or kitchen work is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
