Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality Must be 21 with OLCC Ensure all food safety procedures are followed, including proper sanitation and handling practices Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations Assist in managing restaurant flow during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with food safety management practices and sanitation procedures is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Ability to operate POS systems accurately and efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards to ensure compliance and guest safety Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
