Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during all food handling and preparation activities Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to maintain a pristine environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math proficiency for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and guests Join us as a Server and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
