Server (PT or FT)

Lightwell Hotel + Spa is preparing to open the main restaurant, Alia. Located on the first floor, Alia will feature PNW Mediterranean cuisine. We are seeking strong, established servers to exceed guest expectations for this opening and throughout the season.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional mannerMenu Expertise, develops a deep understanding of food offerings, preparation methods, and is able to pair with beverages and cross menu itemsTableside Service, performing technical tasks required for impeccable serviceAnticipates the needs of guests and provides high-touch, premium serviceSupports and serves during events held at the hotelDeliver orders to the correct table in a timely mannerEnsure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests and addressing any issuesHandle cash and credit card transactionsMaintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in a high-end service role preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailMust be able to stand and walk for long periods of timeMust be 19 years of age or olderCrossover opportunity in other positions within the hotel as well.
