In this fast-paced dining environment, you will be responsible for providing a seamless dining experience—guiding guests on how to use our conveyor ordering system, maintaining dynamic table turnover, and ensuring incredible service.

Key Responsibilities Guest Greeting & Orientation:

Welcome guests warmly and seat them efficiently. Clearly explain the conveyor system mechanics, plate pricing tier system, and touchscreen/QR code ordering methods (especially to first-time visitors).

Table & Express Lane Service:

Provide tea, water, utensils, and condiments. Deliver hot food, drinks, and special direct orders that come through the kitchen or express track delivery.

Efficient Table Turnover & Plate Counting:

Accurately count, scan, or tally colored plates to assist with guest billing. Promptly clear, clean, and sanitize tables, chairs, and conveyor edge areas as soon as guests depart to maximize seating capacity.

Checkout & POS Operations:

Process cash, credit, and mobile payments at the front register or assist guests with table-side digital checkout when needed.

Dining Area Maintenance:

Keep self-service sauce stations, side counters, and server stations stocked, fully equipped, and sanitized according to health regulations.

Team Communication:

Work closely with sushi chefs and kitchen staff to fulfill special customer requests or dietary preferences and address any guest concerns immediately.
