Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that all dining needs are met efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' overall experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items or specials. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high service standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service operations. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Uphold company policies regarding health, safety, and sanitation standards. Experience Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. A background in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous; training will be provided as needed. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations or inquiries is essential.
