Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, beverages, and specialty drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with replenishing supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is helpful.
