Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, beverages, and specialty drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with replenishing supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is helpful. Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast or Aloha is a bonus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with spirits knowledge, wines, and beverage service preferred Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating bills effectively Join us to deliver outstanding service that makes every guest feel special!
