Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS Toast , ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks confidently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, demonstrating beverage service expertise Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support kitchen staff in maintaining smooth operations Process cash and card payments accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities responsibly Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS Toast Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairing techniques Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required sanitation training Previous experience with food handling, serving, bussing, or host/hostess duties preferred Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server Team Member if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in the food industry, and committed to creating exceptional guest experiences.
