The Banquet Server is responsible for preparing and delivering food and beverage items in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service with a smile, and ensuring that all of guests have a memorable Live 5 experience. Responsibilities Where You'll Make an
Impact:
Maintain a professional appearance and mannerism. Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for full service of banquet events. Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events. Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures. Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events. Maintain positive and professional attitude. Abiding with all federal, state and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service and intoxicated guests. Performing additional duties as assigned. Skills to
Help You Succeed:
Ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations. Must be RAMP certified. Able to work entire shift, in full costume, without accommodations. Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
Qualifications Must-Haves:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent employment in related position is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to withstand physical demands, such as standing and walking briskly for extended periods of time. Pushing, pulling stooping, bending and squatting continuously throughout shift Able to lift and carry 30 pounds, unassisted, for extended periods of time. Working Conditions 24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees. Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises. You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
