Job Summary:

Serve food and beverages, suggest menus items and make cocktail or wine recommendations. Maintain accurate sales using the POS system. Provide the club members and their guests with an exceptional experience in our dining rooms and banquet facilities.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach. Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds. Continuous repetitive motions.

Server Compensation:

Day Shift | $12.00 an hour flat rate plus gratuity and additional tips. Evening Shift | $9.00 an hour, plus gratuity and additional Tips. Health, Dental and Vision Insurance for full-time employees only. 1 week paid vacation time after 90 days and 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year for full-time employees. Part time employees accrue paid vacation time. Employee access to the Club Pool, Golf Course and Racquet Courts on Mondays. ( Seasonal ) Annual Holiday Bonus. Club Loyalty Bonus.
