Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area Assist servers by delivering food promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Support food preparation and plating when needed, ensuring dishes are presented beautifully and safely Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils while adhering to food safety standards Communicate with front-of-house team to coordinate timely service Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors and sanitizing surfaces regularly Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience with banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality enhances your candidacy Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude to engage with guests and team members effectively Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
