Weekends required for short-term rentals Job Description We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. This position includes short-term rental turnover cleanings as well as recurring residential cleanings. You will ensure all properties and homes are cleaned to our high standards and ready for guests or homeowners.

Responsibilities Short-Term Rentals:

Complete turnover cleanings between guest stays Follow company checklists and quality standards Ensure properties are fully guest-ready Document work with required photos and app checklists Restock basic supplies Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues

Residential Cleaning:

Perform routine and deep cleanings in private homes Respect homeowner privacy and follow individualized cleaning notes Provide consistent, detail-focused service

General Duties:

Arrive on time and meet cleaning schedule requirements Use cleaning apps and messaging tools as required Communicate delays, concerns, or no-shows to management Requirements 1-2 years of short-term rental, hotel, or residential cleaning experience (preferred) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Weekend and holiday availability for STR cleanings Physically able to bend, lift, carry supplies, and stand for long periods Comfortable using cleaning apps, schedules, and photo documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Benefits Year round consistent work Competitive hourly pay Flexible weekday scheduling Paid training Supportive team environment Bonus potential for quality performance Paid time off (eligible employees) Paid Vacation after 1 year Ability to Commute Must reliably commute to
