We're looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Servers to join our team at our new full-service brewery restaurant in Lancaster City. • Provide outstanding hospitality from greeting to farewell.
• Guide guests through our food, craft beer, and beverage menus.
• Accurately enter orders and deliver efficient, attentive service.
• Work closely with bartenders, support staff, food runners, and kitchen staff.
• Maintain clean and organized sections.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work. What We're Looking For
• Previous full-service serving experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay organized during busy shifts.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Craft beer knowledge is a plus. Compensation
• $3.00/hour plus tips.
