Job Description
Pinocchio's Restaurant is hiring for a night and weekend Host/Hostess/Food Runner. As a host/hostess/food runner, you will be the first point of contact for the guests, utilizing exceptional communication to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve greeting, seating, food running, and assisting guests all while maintaining a high level of friendly, customer service. Weekends are required !!
Responsibilities also include:
- Greet and welcome the customers
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor wait list
- Escort customers to their seats and provide menus
- Manage reservations
- Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Communicate with Floor manager, servers and dishwashers
- Assist with taking food to dining tables
- Assist with bussing tables
- Assist with take-out orders Weekend day hours available 11:00am-4:00pm Night and weekend evening hours 4:00pm-9:00pm Please stop in and fill out an application at 131 E.
