Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensure seamless food and beverage service, and create memorable moments for our guests. Whether you're taking orders, serving drinks, or upselling menu items, your positive attitude will drive the success of our restaurant and delight every guest who walks through our doors. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments confidently Food safety certification or willingness to obtain necessary sanitation training Experience with food handling, serving, bussing, or host/hostess duties preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality.
