Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Banquet Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to guests during banquets, weddings and private events. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to create memorable experiences will elevate our guests' dining and event experiences. Paid hourly plus tips and service fee when applicable. Responsibilities Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized service that exceeds expectations. Manage multiple tables and bar stations efficiently using POS system to process orders accurately and swiftly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet kitchen and storage areas, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards. Collaborate with catering teams for banquet events, setting up, service during functions, and ensuring smooth operation throughout events. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods while maintaining high-quality service standards. Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, talks, hears, and uses hands. Regularly reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches; tastes, smells and sits. Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds. Occasionally may lift up to 50 pounds.

Certificates/Licenses:

ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol) & RAMP or TIPS equivalent preferred
