Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations while practicing proper phone etiquette. Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to tables efficiently and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards. Support guest services by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously to enhance guest relations. Use POS systems to process orders when needed and assist with basic math calculations for billing or reservations. Skills Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred, with strong customer service skills. Knowledge of restaurant reservation management and familiarity with restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Excellent communication skills, including phone communication and etiquette, to interact confidently with guests and team members. Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math proficiency for handling billing tasks and order processing.
