Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage cash handling, cashiering, and openTable reservations efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Build rapport with guests to foster repeat business and positive reviews Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues quickly to ensure satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife venues Strong knowledge of Toast POS system Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently Culinary experience or food handling knowledge preferred but not required Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly valued Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences!
