Job Description

JOB TITLE
: Banquet Server Part-Time
JOB SUMMARY
: Responsible for setting up, working and breaking down functions outside of the dining room.
REPORTS TO
The Banquet manager and the supervisor in charge of running the function.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
:
  • Setting up tables w/ proper silverware, glassware, etc.
  • Serving and bussing tables, replenishing of any buffets
  • Setting up coffee service
  • Breakdown of all functions and stations
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Customer service experience, preferably from hotel or events.
RESPONSIBLE FOR
Gathering all supplies for private stations, banquets, while also working the events and ensuring all guest's needs are satisfied. Also, maintaining of the banquet kitchen, organizing supplies and daily cleaning of banquet rooms and kitchen.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
: Must be able to carry a service tray weighing from one (1) to fifty (50) lbs. for long distances. Job requires being able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
