Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Country Club Server to provide exceptional dining service to our members and guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and food service, with proficiency in POS systems. This full-time position requires working Thursday through Sunday from 11 AM to 9 PM, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all patrons. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized service in a sophisticated environment, maintaining high standards of professionalism and attentiveness. Responsibilities Greet members and guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary needs Uphold the club's standards of fine dining service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction Handle payments efficiently and accurately through POS systems Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and club amenities to enhance guest experience Adhere to safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times Qualifications Proven experience in food service, preferably within fine dining environments Strong familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor Ability to work full-time hours Thursday through Sunday from 11 AM to 9 PM Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to adapt to the needs of club members and guests in a courteous manner Prior experience working at a country club or similar upscale establishment is preferred but not required

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
