Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Food Runner/Expo to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of food from the kitchen to our guests, maintaining high standards of presentation and service. The ideal candidate must be available to work Wednesday through Sunday from 11 AM to 8 PM, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to our busy service hours. Duties Assist in the timely delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to facilitate smooth communication regarding order readiness and special requests. Ensure that dishes are presented attractively and delivered promptly to maintain quality standards. Manage the organization of food stations, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of dishes and utensils. Support the dining team by helping with setup, breakdown, and resetting tables as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Work scheduled shifts Wednesday through Sunday from 11 AM to 8 PM, demonstrating reliability and punctuality. Skills Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers. Strong attention to detail to ensure food presentation meets quality standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Good organizational skills for managing multiple orders simultaneously.
