Ashton Commons Senior Living is looking for friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our dining team as Full-Time and Part-Time Servers . If you enjoy working with seniors and creating a welcoming dining experience, we'd love to meet you! Position Summary As a Server, you'll play an important role in enhancing our residents' daily lives by providing exceptional dining service with kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a warm, hospitality-focused environment where building relationships with residents is just as important as delivering great service. Responsibilities Greet and serve residents in a courteous and professional manner. Take meal orders and accurately deliver food and beverages. Set and clear tables before and after meals. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining room. Assist with meal preparation and beverage service as needed. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with the culinary and dining services team. Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive dining experience for residents and their guests. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
