Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server Team Member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional food service experiences! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient service to our guests, taking and managing food and beverage orders, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for every customer. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, POS operations, and customer engagement within a fast-paced, lively setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using Jartrek POS system . Process cash, credit card, and retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and register operations. Assist in food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff, ensuring quality standards are met. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and timely delivery. Support bussing duties by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring a tidy environment for guests. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food service activities. Manage customer orders with professionalism, handle inquiries or concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience. Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed to keep the service area well-equipped. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems ; experience with cashiering and processing cash transactions is essential. Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods. Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities. Basic math skills for handling cash register operations, retail math calculations, and order processing. Experience working with kitchen equipment or in a culinary setting is advantageous. Ability to maintain a clean workspace while adhering to health regulations related to food handling. Retail sales experience or grocery store background is a plus but not required.
