  • Friday 6:00 AM-5:30 PM Position Summary Seeking a Team Lead to oversee a small team of inspectors and support daily inspection, sorting, containment, and rework activities.
The Team Lead will provide direction and training while ensuring safety, accuracy, and customer quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and support inspectors. Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign daily tasks. Monitor inspection, sorting, rework, labeling, and containment activities. Perform quality audits and address issues or training needs. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate project updates. Promote safety, teamwork, and accountability. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 6 months-1 year of quality, manufacturing, warehouse, inspection, rework, or leadership experience preferred. Ability to read work instructions and inspection criteria. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to lead and train a small team. Basic computer skills preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout an 8+ hour shift. Ability to lift and move 20-50 lbs.
Pay Details:
