Our beautiful space lends itself to private parties and group buyouts, and we're the perfect spot to grab lunch with coworkers, meet up for drinks with friends after working at home alone all day, or to have a special dinner with your partner or with a group of friends and family. Our mission is to be the neighborhood hangout for East Town residents, one of the most densely populated residential areas in Minneapolis. But we also want to welcome back people to a safe downtown location, with convenient parking across the street at the Depot, behind the restaurant off 4th Avenue and at the Gateway Parking ramp, a block away also on 4th, and connected to the skyway. We also have delivery and takeout for those nights you'd rather stay in. Make a reservation or walk-in, we're ready to make your day even better. What we expect from you as a server: If you like multitasking in a highly active environment, and if you work well with a balance of self-drive and support, we want to meet you! You act as the glue that holds the front of house team together and will have your hand in every aspect of service, these responsibilities are at the core of the server role: Understanding and executing the vision of the restaurant while engaging our guests with genuine hospitality. Passion for providing genuine hospitality Ability to maintain consistency and superior quality in a high volume environment What you'll need to be successful in this position: You need to have some chops to be a server with us, enough to be able to confidently and consistently keep up with the flow of service and support your teammates.
