Prepare simple food items when needed, maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in the workspace. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service and prompt response to guest needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and managing food handling procedures according to health regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by supervisors. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food industry knowledge. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously during busy periods. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and sales processing. Knowledge of food safety management practices including sanitation, proper food handling, and serving protocols.
