Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring timely delivery Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures in all service areas to uphold food safety standards Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation meets quality expectations Assist with setting up tables, refilling supplies, and clearing dishes to keep the dining area organized and inviting Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order accuracy and timely service Follow all food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure guest safety Requirements Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of sanitation procedures, food safety practices, and food safety management systems Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to operate POS systems accurately and efficiently during busy periods Capable of standing for extended periods, walking throughout the shift, and lifting moderate loads as needed A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all areas of service Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your dedication transforms ordinary meals into extraordinary experiences.
