The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, including OpenTable for reservations. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Handle cash register transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and specials. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including culinary techniques and food handling practices. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items up to 25 pounds as needed. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
