Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
• Monitor table turnover and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of phone etiquette when answering inquiries
• Familiarity with basic food safety guidelines
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
