Job Description
East Coast Golf Management, Inc., is now hiring Beverage Cart Attendants/Servers at our International Golf Club located in Murrells Inlet, SC! The Beverage Cart Attendant/Server Is responsible for food and beverage service on the golf course, stocking car and replenishing, managing daily inventory on concession cart, and providing quality customer service. They will also be responsible for serving guests by providing courteous and efficient service that meets or exceeds the guest's dining expectations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Stock beverage cart on a continuous basis with items according to established departmental guidelines Drive beverage cart across/around golf courses Greet each golf group in a positive manner Promote sales/upsell beverage cart items Accommodate special guest requests Keep beverage cart clean and sanitary at all times Responsible for recording accurate sales, properly handling transactions, and daily cash drops that will be reflected in periodic audit banks Record items removed from cooler on inventory sheets provided Maintain an inventory sheet that reflects daily sales. Enter sales in POS system accurately Properly report Tips received daily Clean up beverage carts and ready for next use- restocking to PAR levels provided Properly dispose of any trash Supports a strong commitment to provide excellent guest service and ensures a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience for snack bar patrons.

Education/Credentials:
Must be able to drive a golf cart High School education or equivalent experience Local and state required license(s) Ability to work outdoors in all-weather climates Good interpersonal skills, enjoy working with people Good mathematical, cash-handling skillsExperience:
