Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Process cash, credit, and digital transactions swiftly while maintaining accuracy in cash register operations. Upsell menu items and suggestive selling to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Prepare simple food items when necessary, following food safety management standards and sanitation protocols. Maintain a clean workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing service areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation tasks and assist in food handling duties as needed. Manage customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; culinary or café experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable; basic math skills are essential for processing transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light loads, and perform physical tasks associated with food service roles. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
