Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and explain menu items with enthusiasm and clarity Take accurate orders using POS systems such as POSitouch ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Upsell menu items by recommending pairings and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest inquiries Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments.
