Upscale Dining Server

Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service throughout the guest dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met. Maintain strong menu knowledge, including dinner specials, wine, cocktails, and premium steak offerings. Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently. Uphold food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards at all times. Requirements Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred, especially in upscale or high-volume dining environments. Availability to work evening and dinner shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication and guest service skills with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and strong attention to detail. Experience with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha, or Micros is a plus. Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and upscale dining service is preferred but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or moderate loads when necessary.
