Job Description
The server/host is responsible for executing service with precision, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Every interaction should feel intentional, with a focus on anticipating guest needs, maintaining strong attention to detail, and ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish. Our service standard is rooted in consistency. This means delivering prompt, knowledgeable, and engaging service while maintaining a calm and confident presence on the floor. Servers and hosts are expected to take full ownership of their sections, guiding the guest experience with awareness and efficiency while working cohesively with the team to support overall service flow. Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-presented environment is non-negotiable. This includes all guest-facing areas as well as service stations. Side work should be completed thoroughly and proactively, with an understanding that preparation and upkeep directly impact the quality of service we provide. Communication is a key component of success in this role. Clear, respectful, and timely communication with both guests and team members ensures that service runs smoothly and that any challenges are addressed professionally and effectively. When issues arise, they should be handled with urgency and composure, always keeping the guest experience at the forefront. We expect all hosts to demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding our standards at all times. This includes maintaining a professional appearance, being punctual and prepared, and consistently contributing to a positive and team-oriented environment. Our goal is to create an experience that stands out—not just through the product, but through the level of service that accompanies it. Each of you plays a direct role in achieving that, and your attention to detail and dedication to these standards will continue to set us apart.
