PM Food Server

Tally's Silver Spoon is looking for a highly experienced and self motivated restaurant pro to join our team as a Fine Dining (PM) Food Server. Please follow the link below and check out our menu and our story. www.tallyssilverspoon.com About the Job As the food server you will be part of a team that provides sterling service to our regular patrons. You will work from an ever changing menu of composed dishes and make pairing recommendations from our extensive wine list and selection of regional beers. We are currently looking for PM servers. We are asking for a 3 day a week minimum commitment.

Basic duties include:

Greeting tables and guests with a warm and engaging demeanor. Presenting featured items and collecting food and drink orders. Using your knowledge of the menu to answer guests questions and provide recommendations based on their stated preferences. Running food from the kitchen and serving it to guests. Promptly addressing any concerns guests have, and working with the FOH manager and Chef to come up with a prompt solution. Provide additional actions as needed. Performing all required side work before and after service. Maintaining and working with others to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+years of food server experience, ideally in a fine dining setting. The ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated passion for customer service and just a general love of food. All candidates will be willing to work a PM focused schedule and will have some weekend availability.

Other considerations include:

Ability to lift and carry heavy loads. Ability to work on your feet for a full day. Either being located in or willing to relocate to the area prior to starting work. Why work at Tally's?
