Job Description
We like our co-workers like we like our food…vibrant, unique, and a little bit spicy. Bring your flavor to the MacKenzie River Pizza team! MacKenzie River was born & raised in Montana by free-spirited people who believe life should be a wide-open, constant exploration. The first employees were ski bums, hikers, kayakers, and anglers—outdoor enthusiasts who worked hard, played harder, and valued a drink and a good meal at the end of the day. We are looking for adventurous, hardworking people to fill these Front-of-House roles: Servers Bartenders What is the Front-of-House? This is where the magic meets the guest—the dining room, bar, and entryway where great food becomes a memorable experience. Warm greetings, sharp timing, genuine hospitality, and a sense of calm under pressure turn every table into a reason people come back. Hosts set the tone the moment someone walks in. You manage the flow of the room, seat guests with care, communicate wait times clearly, and keep the team informed so the night stays smooth. Servers are the face of the experience. You take ownership of your section, guide guests through the menu, read the table, and deliver dishes and drinks with timing and personality. When the room is full and tickets are flying, you stay sharp, communicate with the kitchen, and make every guest feel looked after. Bartenders craft the drinks that start (or elevate) the meal. You mix with precision, keep the bar moving, and create the easy conversation that turns a quick stop into a longer stay. Bussers and Food Runners keep everything flowing. You clear and reset tables quickly, deliver food while it's hot, and make sure the dining room always looks ready for the next guest. You work at a steady, efficient pace so servers and the kitchen stay supported. The entire Front-of-House team works together to open the room, keep service humming, and close down cleanly so the next shift starts strong. Every role requires multitasking, awareness of the whole room, and—above all—the ability to support your teammates and help create a positive, high-energy workplace where everyone can enjoy the buzz of a smooth, fast-paced shift. Nights and weekends are a must. That's when people want to go out—and when we need a full, energetic Front-of-House team ready for the rush. Love working evenings and having your days free? The Front-of-House might be the perfect fit.
