The ideal candidate will assist with guest service, food and beverage support, dining room operations, and general hospitality duties while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide warm, professional hospitality. Assist guests with seating, menus, reservations, and general dining requests. Provide information about Italian-inspired menu items, beverages, and restaurant offerings. Assist with food and beverage service and deliver orders accurately and promptly. Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and dietary needs to appropriate team members. Coordinate with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to maintain smooth service. Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently between guests. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable dining and service environment. Restock menus, glassware, utensils, napkins, condiments, and other service supplies. Assist with preparing dining areas and service stations before and during shifts. Respond professionally to guest questions and routine service concerns. Support the team during busy dining periods and special events. Follow food safety, sanitation, responsible service, and workplace safety procedures. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other restaurant duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, wine bar, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, polished, and guest-focused approach. Interest in Italian food, hospitality, or beverage service is an asset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment. Strong attention to detail and service quality. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize guest needs. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
