Duties Provide outstanding guest service by taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Operate POS system Toast to process sales transactions efficiently and accurately Engage guests with our Toptracer technology, explaining game features and assisting with gameplay to enhance their experience Upsell food, drinks, and premium beverages to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage stations Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes in a fast-paced environment Manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly, including processing payments via POS systems and giving accurate change Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially nightlife settings.
