Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as SHIFT4 Serve food, drinks, and desserts with professionalism. Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and open table reservations via OpenTable or similar systems Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, beverage service, and food handling as needed in a fast-paced restaurant or nightclub setting Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Proven ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining high-quality service Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing payments and handling sales transactions Prior restaurant experience in fine dining or casual settings; nightclub or food industry experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members for seamless service Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
